Shipping policy
We pack and ship every order like it's going to someone who actually gives a damn about their gear — because you do. Here's what to expect.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take a little longer — we'll always communicate if there's a delay.
Shipping Time
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and depend on your selected carrier and destination. These are estimates, not guarantees — but we do our best to get your gear to you fast.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Keep an eye on it — good gear is worth watching for.
Delays
PoofTech_ EDC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If something seems seriously off, reach out and we'll help track it down.
Lost or Missing Package
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us at gear@pooftechgear.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate and sort it out.
Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at gear@pooftechgear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.
Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to what you give us — orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses may not be recoverable, and we can't be held responsible for that one.
