Every product in the PoofTech_ EDC lineup is hand-picked because we actually use and believe in it. We don't stock filler — so when you buy from us, you're getting gear we'd carry ourselves.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund. No hoops, no hassle — just reach out and we'll make it right.

To start a return, email us at gear@pooftechgear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • A brief reason (helps us improve!)

A few conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Sale items and limited drops are final sale
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Item?

That's on us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement or full refund. Your call.

Email gear@pooftechgear.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Lost or Missing Package?

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate and sort it out.
